1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern access to NexRoute. By registering, purchasing, or using the service, the customer agrees to these terms on behalf of its business.
2. Subscription
NexRoute Business costs £29.99 per company each month unless a different written promotional arrangement applies. Fees are charged in advance and access may be restricted when payment is overdue.
3. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate registration information, protect account credentials, control staff access, maintain lawful transport operations, and verify all records and compliance decisions. NexRoute supports administration but does not replace professional, legal, DVSA, accounting, employment, or mechanical advice.
4. Acceptable use
The service must not be used unlawfully, to access another company’s data, distribute malicious code, overload the platform, or interfere with security controls.
5. Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, backups, and security. Maintenance, hosting failures, third-party services, internet outages, and emergency changes may affect access. Features may be improved or changed while preserving the core purpose of the subscribed service.
6. Data and exports
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of business data entered into NexRoute. Customers should maintain independent copies of critical statutory and operational records and export data before cancellation.
7. Intellectual property
NexRoute software, interface, documentation, branding, and underlying code remain the property of NexifyVora or its licensors. Customers receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during an active subscription.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach. Customers may cancel before the next renewal. Obligations concerning confidentiality, payment, intellectual property, and liability survive termination where applicable.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NexRoute is supplied without a guarantee that it will identify every compliance issue or prevent every loss. NexifyVora is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, fines caused by customer operations, or decisions made solely from system suggestions.
10. Governing terms
Mandatory consumer or business protections that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. Any formal governing-law clause should be reviewed for the jurisdiction in which the service provider contracts with customers.
